Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Lotofale Pacific Island Mental Health Service (PIMHS) is a community-based service established to provide cultural and clinical services to Pacific people and their families residing within the Te Toka Tumai catchment area, predominantly Pasifika people aged 18-65 years residing in the central Auckland region.
You will be working specifically with Pacific service users and their families who reside in Te Toka Tumai Auckland region. This role will involve working collaboratively with service users and their families, co-ordinating and maintaining oversight of their care and recovery.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
You will already be a New Zealand Registered Social Worker with a current Annual Practicing Certificate. A full and clean driver's licence is also required.
Sound working knowledge of Government agencies such as Work and Income, MSD and NGO sector services are required. An interest in the Pacific culture is viewed as a core requirement for this role and a fluency in a Pacific language would be an advantage, but is not necessary.
