We are looking for Farm Supervisors who will oversee and supervise farm operations in Bay of Plenty region mainly Tauranga, however the would be required to work at multiple locations including Waikato. The supervisors will be required to undertake various tasks such as:

- Responsible for running a team of people both, permanent and as part of the larger seasonal workforce, in all aspects as part of the job requirements.
- Assist the Manager in running to a budget you will be required to maximize the efficiency of day-to-day operations
- Ensure that successful seasonal horticultural activities lead to a top-quality product year after year.
- Effectively managing and leading staff through compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage, train, lead and mentor orchard staff and contractors during the seasonal activities
- Record and submit the timesheets for staff and manage working hours
- Assist in planning and prioritising workloads
- Review staff performance and provide feedback to management
- Communicate with the Director/manager to ensure that the work of the highest quality is performed on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with health and safety.

You will be required to work for m**inimum 30 hours per week**

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and ability to work long hours outdoors.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of farm workers.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing farm conditions.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
