**Queenstown Engineering requires a Sheetmetal/Light Fabricator tradesman to keep up with demand.**

Full time position within our busy workshop located in Frankton, Queenstown.

Working alongside the owners will allow the successful applicant to further their understanding of the engineering sector including working to AS/NZ Standards. The majority of jobs are one off, requiring an eye for detail and accuracy to manufacture and install a range of metalwork.

**Key duties**:

- Be highly competent at mig and tig welding of all types
- Have experience with brake press and guillotine
- Able to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings
- Finishing products by cleaning, polishing and filing
- Assist the owners by liaising with clients directly and supervising junior staff
