Burbank Bakery in Manurewa currently look for two hardworking and reliable Bakers to join our team. Working hours is between 35 and 40 hours per week. Pay rate ranges from $29 to $31 per hour.

- Minimum 2 years (preferable 3 years) of work experience as baker or similar roles.

- Available to start work at **4am** and can work on weekends and public holidays.

- Physically fit for tasks that requires physical strength such as heavy liftings or standing for extended periods.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Have strong multitasking and organizational skills.

- Reliable and punctual, can work independently as well as in a team.

**Your duties will include**:

- Producing fresh breads, buns and doughs.

- Producing fresh sweets such as sponges, cakes and cookies.

- Producing fresh pastries.

- Managing presentation and decoration of baked goods.

- Monitoring baking ovens.

- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and workspace.

- Ensuring workplace safety in managing self and others.

- Assessing and improving any products when seen fit to do so.

- Liaising with bakery manager on any concerns or suggestions.

- Performing any other related duties.
