**Job Description**:
Join our dynamic team in Wellington, where you'll take charge of managing medium to large-scale projects, nurturing client relationships, and playing a vital role in the training and development of our engineers.
At Egis, we are at the forefront of delivering major, cutting-edge projects across various markets. Our work is underpinned by a strong focus on sustainability, renewables, and technology, ensuring we make a positive impact on the world.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale water projects, ensuring adherence to project and New Zealand technical standards.
- Ensure that all activities are executed in accordance with established project and technical guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the training and development of our Engineers, fostering their growth and professional advancement.

**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification/s in Civil Engineering, specifically relevant to the field.
- Extensive expertise in the Three Waters sector, with over 10 years of specialised experience.
- A demonstrated track record of successful project management.
- Outstanding consulting and client management skills.
- In-depth industry knowledge and active engagement
