**Commercial Finance Business Partner**

OJI Fibre Solutions is one of New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country. Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors.

We have an exciting opportunity, reporting to the CFO Packaging, to provide commercial support and financial analysis to the Oji Fibre Solutions Packaging business in New Zealand. The role will assist the sales and operational teams throughout the Oji New Zealand network to deliver margin growth through sales reporting and analysis, assisting with additional commercial tasks such as product costing, contract management and tenders.

We need a person who has the rare combination of strong analytical and communication skills; that can juggle multiple tasks, deliver in-depth sales reporting and analysis, and stay calm under pressure. If you have a genuine interest in the manufacturing sector, then this role could be for you.

Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Experience working within a similar role from a commercial or operational perspective
- Proven experience in building rapport & managing internal stakeholder relationships
- Highly driven with strong time management skills
- Excellent analytical and report writing capabilities
- Computer literate with strong Excel & presentation skills
- Experience with both ERP & MES systems, from manufacturing environment
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Business Management or similar

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing sales reports, margin analysis, market segment information, customer contract documentation, sales presentations, RFP preparation and response, margin improvement analysis and other ad-hoc reports
- Manage, report and analyse operational and profitability information, including end to end management of the business’s product costing process
- Prepare monthly reporting, analysing performance against set targets. Suggesting initiatives to further enhance business margins
