Along the route, it will connect to the existing wastewater network, which will divert flows and overflows into the tunnel.**

**What you will be doing**:
**Key responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following**:
Responsible for all the operation of the TBM and excavation cycles, control all parameters and quality of the works

Maintain line and grade of the tunnel, possessing extensive knowledge of TBM Tunneling guidance system and ring predication program

Responsible for TBM operations in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. This covers all machine parameters to be used along the tunnel including.
- Maintenance of face pressure within the bulkhead and screw conveyor
- Ensure the accuracy of the specified thrust load for each ram or group of rams to avoid cracking the segmental lining
- Monitoring grease consumption for the bearing sealing system to seal against face pressure, hydrostatic, and annular grout pressure
- Relevant industry training for TBM assembly/operations preferred
- Construct Safe ideal but not essential
- Class 1 Driver’s Licence or International Driver’s Licence preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in operating EBP - TBM in different geology
- Tunnelling experience is essential

Minimum 40 hours a week between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday until such time as required to work on a rostered shift pattern, in line with the programme demands of the project.

All successful applicants will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment drug test and medical.
