**Delivery Driver / Warehouse Store Person - Tauranga**

Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom Centre was established in 1973 and remains a privately owned New Zealand company with 50 years' experience in the New Zealand market. We have 19 branches and counting nationwide. Our growth has been the result of excellent plumbing supplies backed by our service and commitment to our large customer base of plumbers, gasfitters, builders, homemakers, and renovators.

We have an awesome opportunity at our sunny Tauranga Branch for someone wanting to join the Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom team and enjoy a rewarding career working in the plumbing industry. As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Store-Person you will ensure the efficient operation of all customer deliveries.

In this role with plenty of variety, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the running of a busy plumbing merchant. You will assist with all aspects of the delivery function from picking customer orders to delivering goods to our customer base. Back at the warehouse, you will assist with general warehousing duties that enable the smooth operation of our inwards and despatch area. You will also get the opportunity to assist our customers with trade sales as you fine tune your plumbing product knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will enjoy being customer facing and have a friendly, open, and approachable manner. You will have great communication skills and be physically fit. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. A full NZ Drivers' Licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. A forklift license would also be advantageous. There are excellent opportunities for advancement with the team at Chesters
