**About the Role**:
Currently, we are looking for a Qualified Baker OR 3 - 5 years Experienced Baker OR passion on baking. Full job training is provided.

It’s an exciting and fast-paced working environment with lots of opportunity for development. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Making and baking of daily products to meet our customer demand;
2. Performing all the daily production tasks in the most efficient possible means that include:
kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough, to check the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients, glazing and decorating, to operate machines which roll and mould dough, emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment;
3. To assist with all other duties that form part of the bakery operation including: monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times, coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and savory products;
Relevant Baking Qualification OR relevant work experience are bonus;
Have a passion for baking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
You must be, someone who is committed, reliable, Multi-task capable;
Enthusiastic, positive and can-do attitude;
You must be mature and responsible when it comes to dealing with tough situations;
Ability to start early and to work varied days and times which includes weekends & Public holidays

**Pay range**: Between $25-$30 per hour
