Bakers for **Bakery** (Rotorua):

Minimum 30 hours guaranteed.

**About the Role**:
Currently, we are looking for a Qualified Baker OR Experienced Baker.
It’s an exciting and fast-paced working environment with lots of opportunity for development.

**Your main responsibilities include**:
***- Making and baking of dairy products to meet our customer demand
- Performing all the daily production tasks in the most efficient possible means that include:
kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping dough, checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients, glazing and decorating, operating machines which roll and mold dough, emptying, cleaning, and greasing baking trays, tins, and other cooking equipment.
- To assist with all other duties that form part of the bakery operation including: monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times, coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and Savory products.

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant Baking Qualification OR relevant 3- 5 years’ work experience.
- Have a passion for baking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be, someone who is committed, reliable, Multi-task capable.
- Enthusiastic, positive and can-do attitude.
- You must be mature and responsible when it comes to dealing with tough situations.
- Ability to start early and to work varied days and times which includes weekends & Public holidays.
- Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Work Type: Permanent Full-Time
Pay range: Between $25-$30 per hour
