**_About the Role_**

New sites and opportunities for all site managers out there We are currently recruiting for site managers who have experience in the commercial/civil industries. The work will vary from light - heavy commercial build developments and predominantly subdivision developments and roading/infrastructure projects across civil.

No day will look the same as you could be managing multiple projects at the same time. Being a team player is essential for any site manager You will be partnered with skilled tradesman to ensure you have an efficient labour force on site to keep the project and site duties in check and delivered on time.

**_Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Manage labour planning and materials for site
- Work cohesively with subcontractors and manage their delivery on the project
- Maintain and deliver strong health and safety and adhere to site compliance
- Display leadership and approachability on site for site staff

- High awareness to site health and safety
- A forward-thinking approach and good construction knowledge
- Experience as a site manager (at least 2-3 years)
- Ability to be an all-rounder - manager, leader and mentor on site
- Understand the importance of communication and deliver effective communication across site at all times
