Our eCommerce Operations team really drive performance improvement and assists our Stores Team in striving to create the best possible online services for our customers.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Our eCommerce Transport Specialist is a member of the eCommerce practice and sits in the Logistics Chapter. Responsible for a group of drivers, and transport coordinators, they are the first point of contact for drivers or any issues that may arise. This role is also responsible for following up with Drivers, assisting with compliance, training and safety standards, working with other squads and teams to ensure consistency of service to customers. Some weekend work will be required.
- Overall accountability for all fleet management tasks in their group/zone
- Driver Training & Onboarding
- Run and Operate (rearranging couriers, resolving courier issues, back up, adjusting routes)
- Compliance (TMS, investigating lates, speeding, review of rolled out initiatives)
- Consultation with drivers around changes to runs, delivery areas, seasonal plans,
- formal meetings.
- Manage disruption on the day as issues arise
