**Your role**
- Do you want a gateway into global markets and investment banking?

We are looking for a motivated and curious graduate with an appropriate university qualification in finance, economics, engineering or IT.

You will be working in a high performing team at one of the worlds leading global investment banks helping institutional clients trade cash equities in NZ & Australia.

Your role will involve you learning how to:

- execute cash equities orders for institutional clients including the use of algorthims
- proactively keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
- develop and maintain client relationships.
- manage a broad range of trading, operational and compliance risks

These are key foundational skills to advance your career in finance.

**Your team**
- You will be working within the New Zealand cash equities business on the execution desk trading for domestic and international clients, as well as liaising and assisting internal staff.

**Your expertise**
- appropriate university qualification in finance, economics, engineering or IT.
- attention to detail.
- enthusiasm and willing to learn and develop skills.
- base level of knowledge in economics, financial markets.
- clear communication skills.
- data analysis and / or coding experience would be welcomed
