You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.

- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills

**More about this role**
This role will support New World and Pak n Save stores at 8 hours weekly across Sunday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday

**Stores to support**:

- New World Brookfield, Gate Pa
- Pak n Save Tauriko

**Work schedule**:

- Sunday (2.5hrs) is evening work and can start about 5.30-6pm
- Tuesday (2hrs) and Fridays (0.75hrs) - work to be completed by around lunch time but have some flex given the small hours per day -- Saturday (2.75hrs) is evening work from 8pm (alternatively this work could be done early Sunday morning)

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in the areas of FMCG, sales, retail, and/or grocery would be an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously as well as excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
- Flexibility is a must as hours may change due to business needs and busy season
- Current driver's license (unrestricted)
- Road worthy vehicle covered by a comprehensive car insurance
