**As a Guest Service Agent, your day will include**:

- Delivering exceptional, personalised & fun customer service while ensuring all of our guests feel welcome.
- Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Checking guests in and out and maintaining their account using our PMS, Opera.
- Answering guest queries in a positive and effective manner.
- Daily liaison with departments such as Maintenance and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities
