**About the Role**
This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in general practice dentistry including treatment planning, exodontia, conservative dentistry, pedodontics, radiography, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral medicine, and special needs dentistry.
The role requires participation in an on-call roster, working closely with the Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons. You will gain considerable experience in treating patients who are medically compromised, providing minor oral surgery and treatments under general anaesthesia.

- Christchurch Women - s Hospital
- Hillmorton Hospital and the Princes Margaret Hospital - Mental Health Services

- Ashburton Hospital - General Hospital, south of Christchurch

- Batchelor of Dental Surgery
- Knowledge and commitment of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how the principles can be applied to health.
- A willingness to grow and further develop an equity lens and skillset, both to assist Māori and minority groups.
