**The Roles**
Due to continued strong workflows, there are two opportunities for experienced solicitors with property/real estate law experience to join the firm. These opportunities are at Associate or Senior Associate level and have all the hallmarks of quality roles; an expansive and solid client base, excellent professional development and plenty of scope to grow as you further hone your legal skills. There is very good support and you will work closely, one-on-one with the partners. Their work style is inclusive and consultative with an excellent focus on open communication, both within the team and with the partnership. **About You**
- A NZ qualified solicitor with approximately 5-10 years' experience (more or less) in property law (including commercial property). This experience may be from either a top tier firm, well-regarded mid-tier, boutique firm, even large provincial practice or even an in-house role.
- You will have developed or started to develop, strategic nous and enjoy building strong relationships with clients.
- Able to run a file independently, mentor and supervise more junior solicitors.
