Mail and Customer Service Officer | On-Call | Christchurch

We are charting a course towards a big future - we choose to be bold - and nothing will get in the way of delivering what our customers care about. In this on-call customer facing role, you will work from 3 of our box lobbies: Cashel Street, Sockburn and Northwood as needed.

**In this dynamic role**:

- You will greet customers face to face and assist in all types of queries
- Customer queries can be diverse and some complexity exists; you will act with the customer front of mind while working with our business policies and procedures to get the best possible outcomes
- We will provide you with the environment to problem solve and opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, always looking for a way to do the same things better.
- You're all about benefits not products, achievements not services. You know how to talk to customers to make them feel like we are on the same page and working towards a shared solution.

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

- Be available to work Monday to Saturday between 5.30am and 5.45pm as required
- Solid customer service experience
- Being comfortable using a computer and various programmes
- A natural ability to communicate with a diverse audience and build rapport/trust
- The confidence and problem-solving ability to ask the right questions to help resolve our customers' queries in a timely manner
- Ability to work under-pressure
- Resilience
