**Build your career with Nespresso** We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist **to join our **Nespresso Boutique** in **Albany**.

**with one late night trade each week (1:00pm - 9:30pm) and may include delivery shifts (7:00am - 3:30pm).**

**As a Senior Coffee Specialist**

Share your expertise and passion for coffee with our new and loyal customers, whilst also supporting our leadership team to efficiently run the Boutique. A day in life of a Senior Coffee Specialist always brings something new and will include engaging and connecting customers with a high level of service and product, as well as maximising sales. You will oversee all staff on the floor, including performance management and creatively collaborate with team members to create a memorable customer experience.

- Ensuring the successful, professional and consistent operation of the Boutique
- Supporting the completion of the on-boarding process of all new employees and working with team members to achieve individual development goals
- Partnering with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets
