Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're after a skilled, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor who can turn great design ideas into well-priced, buildable homes.

At Sentinel Homes North West, we design and build high-quality homes and boutique subdivisions across Auckland. Our team is small and capable, trusted, and focused on doing great work without the red tape.

This is a key role for someone who owns their craft, thrives on accuracy, and brings confidence to every client conversation.

You'll:

• Lead pricing, estimating, and take offs for custom homes and subdivisions
• Work closely with clients, designers, and the build team
• Keep budgets sharp, margins healthy, and projects on track
• Help deliver homes we're genuinely proud to hand over

You are:

• Experienced in residential design-and-build QS work
• Detail-focused, commercially astute, and great with people
• A confident communicator who enjoys collaboration
• A team player who values quality, integrity, and accountability
