The Project Capability Team are focusing on the future and modernising of our technology and the services we provide to help build and deliver the Toitū Te Whenua of the future.
We cover both major people and process change programmes and operational technology solutions for users of Toitū Te Whenua systems.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This role will be responsible for working with Toitū Te Whenua business owners to guide projects throughout their lifecycle, from business case development through to solution delivery to meet customer needs. You'll be comfortable working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environment, with a focus on delivering products and services that add value to our customers. Level 2 Solution Delivery specialist role is equivalent to Project Manager.

In this position you will work with initiative and a collaborative nature because you will be working with a variety of stakeholders across Toitū Te Whenua. **Your skills and experience will include**:

- Knowledge of project management frameworks and agile practises working in highly collaborative teams.
- Experience leading and managing projects and stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations are set and monitored regularly is desirable.
- Knowledge of financial and risk management processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Reporting to Governance boards on Project progress.
- Experience developing business cases, facilitating workshops, planning and cost/benefit analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience and good understanding of the Agile way of working is highly desirable.
- Project Management qualification/accreditation.
