**About our company**

MC Auto Detailing Limited is a well-established vehicle cleaning and wrapping service company based in Auckland. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a Sales Department Supervisor to join our friendly team.

**What you will do but not limited to the following**:

- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service
- Instruct the sales department on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
- Plan and prepare work schedules and assign the sales department to specific duties
- Set clear goals and objectives for the sales department and hold them accountable for achieving results
- Provide leadership and coaching to the sales department, including interviewing, hiring, talent development and training
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions
- Ensure safety and security procedures are enforced
- Have at least one year of sales experience
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage whilst working within a team

**What we can offer**:

- Full time employment in Auckland
- Hourly rate: $29.66/hour gross - $30/hour gross
- Hours of week per week: a minimum of 30 hours, no more than 50 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Over time maybe expected
