**SCHEDULER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

Mon-Fri - 40 Hours Per Week

$28 - $35 p/h

**About the Role**_: _**Due to expansion the Scheduler / Office Administrator role is a priority to fill as soon as possible, and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and top-notch administration skills who enjoys working in a tradie environment and ideally has experience in job scheduling and operations coordinating.

**This Role Involves**:

- Collaborating with the Operations Manager and Site supervisors on project planning.
- Creating jobs and invoices using Simpro and Xero.
- Scheduling Plumbers on jobs and maintaining calendars.
- Confirming dates/times with customers and follow-up after projects are completed.
- Contract Administration, invoicing, variations, and performance reporting.
- Overseeing Vehicle Servicing and WOF/Licencing Schedules
- Preparing any Health and Safety Documentation required for jobs.
- Ordering and distributing staff uniforms and safety gear and tracking tool accounts.
- Monitoring and organising training requirements.
- Accounts and office administrator tasks.

**Role Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, or similar.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Xero, and Simpro Job Management Software experience preferred.
- High level of problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
