**The role**:
We are looking for an individual with exceptional initiative to **lead a diverse team of 8-10 members,** comprising of operators, drainage workers, labourers, and truck drivers. We seek a versatile foreman with a broad range of experience, who is adaptable and ready to take on any challenge.
As a team leader, you should possess the determination and autonomy to step up when needed and actively participate in hands-on tasks such as laying pipes and installing manholes. In your role as foreman, you will conduct toolbox meetings, providing guidance to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to schedules. Problem-solving skills, a solution-focused mindset, and a positive attitude are essential attributes for success in this role.
