This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional individual who enjoys working in a supportive team environment. This is a full time role (40 hours) working Monday to Friday based at Middlemore Hospital.

As a Ward Clerk your main responsibilities will be to provide efficient administration, clerical and reception support. To succeed in this role you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, computer skills and a 'can do' attitude.

Previous experience in a health care setting and knowledge of I Patient Manager (iPM) is preferred.

**Essential**
- Reception including telephone experience
- Proven customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative in the workplace
- Computer technology knowledge and advanced computer skills
- At least three years experience in a service based environment
- Excellent time management skills

**Preferred**
- Experience in the health industry
- Experience using I Patient Manager (iPM)
