**The Role**:
If you have an interest in the Building and Construction industry and want to get paid while improving your knowledge and skillset, this could well be the role for you.

Our drive thru Timber Yard team are looking for someone who loves delivering first-class customer service and doesn’t mind a bit of hard work This is a challenging but rewarding role, working together with the Trade and Dispatch teams. Your primary focus will be assisting our Trade and DIY customers with helpful and accurate advice, making sure they have everything they need to complete their projects.

This role is also positioned on the Trade Counter when required and involves processing purchase transactions, checking product uplifted against that purchased, replenishing counterstock, and assisting with customer queries. You will have a positive impact on sales, building long term trust based relationships and going the extra mile will be the norm for you.

**About You**:
You will be able to bring a drive and energy for getting the job done right. Previous customer service experience and/or building and timber knowledge would be an advantage, but it is your strong personal values, in alignment with ours, that will make you successful at Mitre 10.

For this position a full, clean Driver Licence is an advantage. If you have a full licence and a willingness to learn we will happily put you through forklift licence training.

You will be comfortable on your feet all day and when required behind the Trade Counter. This is a permanent, full time role (36 hours) Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday.
