**The opportunity**

Join our Energy & Utilities team supporting the successful delivery of NZ Water projects in a **Performance Manager**opportunity You will be a key member of the Bay of Plenty contract management team with specific responsibility for management of contract performance and financial systems, administration staff and both internal and client reporting.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in our Tauriko, Tauranga office that offers a flexible working structure.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead, mentor and manage Finance and Administration staff ensuring a high performing and successful team.
- Ensure deliverables are being achieved, performance measures are met and KPIs are managed.
- Regularly communicate with the client and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment and a streamlined process.
- Promote and enforce Downers Zero Harm standard to ensure a safe environment for the people, communities and environment in which we work.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in a similar Performance Management capacity is highly desired.
- Experience in providing finance and administration management support, preferably in construction or infrastructure industries.
- Tertiary qualification in accountancy and CAANZ membership is desirable.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing an operational team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers at all levels.
