**About the role**:
This is a Senior Advisor within the Learning and Development space - You will be at the forefront of supporting senior managers and key stakeholders with advice on the best modern, practice learning solutions.
A massive part of your role will be identifying gaps and running/facilitating learning workshops and training sessions across the business.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Strategic planning, needs analysis and evaluation across the business.
- Design and implement workshops, frameworks and solutions.
- Relationships management and communications.
- Build strong working relationships and work with senior managers/key stakeholders across L+D projects.
- Risk management.
- Ensure appropriate risk management and monitoring across the organisation is taking place.
- Team Collaboration.
- Work with the wider people and culture team, to implement best practice.

**About You**:You will be a passionate about helping people with a proven track record in learning and development, be that from private or public sector. You will love taking charge and being involved with new projects while giving advice on design and learning development within the people capability space.
