**YOUR ROLE**
Join the Business Operations team as part of the Operations and Governance team within the Business Division.
You’ll step into this change management role to successfully lead the planning and execution of a major broker’s platform transition, providing a seamless transition for all brokers over the next two years.
As the change manager in a small project team, you will be working closely with the business analyst to lead the change with a central focus on peoples’ experiences, flexing and adopting a human centred approach applicable to the complexity and audience.
You will act as an intermediary between external brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure the change management design and delivery enables effective change outcomes and sustained people adoption.
The role will be NZ based only and will be a 2-year fix term contract. There is flexibility for this to be a full time or part time role depending on the applicant’s availability.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years’ experience delivering within a change management role or similar
- Extensive experience in successfully contributing to change associated with business improvement or managing delivery of change in a complex environment
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships both internal and external and influence others
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prosci, CMI or relevant change accreditation or certification is preferable
- Ability to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution as required.
- You have a deep understanding of change management tools and methodologies
