Our trailblazing spirit can be felt in every Ryman experience, so if you like the sound of this, then read on. **What will you do?** We are looking for a proactive Assistant Office Manager to join our Auckland team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly day-to-day and provide excellent reception service to our visitors and team members. Key responsibilities include: - Greeting all visitors and team members who visit the office, as well as responding to phone enquiries - Assist the Office Manager with the smooth transition into our new Office - Leading the Social Club team in arranging a series of events through the year to increase morale - Assisting with the coordination of in-house training sessions to ensure the events run smoothly, as well as arranging first aid and fire warden training when necessary - Coordinating new team member Office and Health and Safety inductions and orientations - Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements and being responsible for designing new processes and systems where necessary - Assist the Office Manager and team members with a smooth transition to our new office **What's in it for you?** At Ryman we have ambitions to lead the industry at a global level.
