**About the role**

Our Banking Products division play a critical part in making this happen and key responsibilities of this role will include the following:

- Understand and support the delivery of our product lifecycle and key ‘moments that matter’ for our customers
- Contribute to the delivery and execution of key strategic initiatives, working with colleagues from Centres of Excellence where required
- Manage product portfolio operations, such as: pricing updates, rate change process, system change requests, customer complaints support, process and change implementation and frontline communications
- Build an awareness of the key risks that exist in the internal and external operating environment, and understand how ANZs risk frameworks, policies and processes enable the team to manage risk well

**What will you bring?**

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce, Computer Science. Mathematics or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Growth mindset and a willingness to embrace and adapt to change
- Be able to analyse data and extract valuable insights
- A keen interest in, or perhaps previous exposure to, the world of banking and finance.
