In this role, you’ll be joining a tight-knit, high performing team, with a great culture. Looking after our customers, and ensuring DIFOT targets are met is most of the role, although you will support the quality assurance needs of the business as time permits.

**What you’ll be doing**:
This is a varied role entailing a range of administrative / customer service related tasks A few of these tasks include:
Build on already established, strong relationships to deliver outstanding customer service to our corporate customers

Manage customer forecasts to provide accurate information for capacity planning in the plant

Liase with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met

Write clearly understood reports for customers.

You’ll also engage in creating new product specs, manage rework stock, follow up on any blocked invoices and other administrative / customer service tasks.

Full time, permanent position (Mon-Fri)

**Position requirements**:
Demonstrated customer service experience (preferably in FMCG)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to take initiative, providing rapid response to issues and to manage priorities

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

We’re likewise looking for someone who is able to think analytically, communicate well and work effectively in a team environment
