**About the Position and You**:
An extremely rare chance to prove yourself in a top-level Pharmacy management role at Life Pharmacy Coastlands. Reporting to the Sales and Business Development Manager, this store management position is ideally suited to a natural leader who is visible to their team. It will complement a well organised individual who can prioritise workloads in the face of significant demands from time, people, customers and suppliers.

The Business Manager will be responsible for successfully operating one of our busy stores within the Green Cross Health network. You will be responsible for staff management; financial and operating functions; delivery of exceptional levels of customer service, dispensary and retail services.

**This is a Permanent Full time role, rostered 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday**

You will have a passionate understanding of the retail market and proactive leadership is essential to the success of the role.

You will have:

- First class exposure transferable to our prestige brands and store.
- Disciplined business principles that deliver efficient retail services.
- Exceptional leadership that promotes cross-functional team collaboration, enabling your team to better understand and anticipate both existing and emerging customer needs.
- High motivation and the ability to work under pressure against tight time frames.
- Previous Management experience required, and experience in pharmacy a bonus.
- Strong people and culture development skills, and the ability to drive and grow the business.
- Experience developing mutually beneficial supplier relationships for long term sustainable growth.
- Energetic and willing to learn partnership position
