**Job Description**:
We’re a team of licensed immigration advisors who work alongside our clients and build long lasting relationships that create value. As an Associate you will specialise in providing New Zealand and global companies with immigration advice and assistance. Here you will:

Your day to day responsibilities will be varied, and may include:

- Advising New Zealand and global organisations on immigration policy and process.
- Proactively managing client engagements under the guidance and support of experienced senior staff members within our specialist team.
- Undertaking immigration consultations with employees to discuss immigration options and process.
- Liaising with Immigration New Zealand as required.
- Working with leading digital tools to drive new efficiencies in our processes.
- Working with overseas offices within the Vialto Partners network to deliver services in respect to New Zealand immigration obligations.

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking for an agile, responsive individual who seeks technical and operational excellence.

The following attributes are important to the team:

- 1 - 3 years immigration advice preferred.
- Hold a current immigration advisers licence from the Immigration Advisers Authority of New Zealand.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional client service.
- Excellent job and time management skills and the ability to manage workloads and work to deadlines.
- Strong digital skills and the willingness to learn new programs.
- Experience and/or an interest in Immigration and Global Mobility.
- A Bachelor’s degree would be preferable but is not essential.
