Our trailblazing spirit can be felt in every Ryman experience, so if you like the sound of this, then read on. **What will you do?** We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support to the inhouse legal team, management, and staff Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Providing legal advice to Ryman on a range of matters including corporate/commercial issues - Assist in preparation and drafting legal documents, including contracts and agreements, letters, correspondence - Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers and customers, resolving issues, and responding to queries. - Assist with internal legal and regulatory compliance (including listed company compliance matters, investor relations and reporting) **What's in it for you?** *** At Ryman we have ambitions to lead the industry at a global level.
