We’re on the lookout for a passionate **Customer Service Team Member** to join our **Garden Department** on a **fixed-term contract through to the end of September 2025**. This role offers **24 hours per week**, working **Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays (8 hours each day)**.

In this dynamic role, you’ll use your gardening knowledge to support customers, inspire their projects, and help create an exceptional in-store experience.

**What You Can Expect in This Role**

As a valued member of our Garden Department, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring space for our customers.
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable service by guiding customers to the right plants, tools, and gardening solutions that suit their needs and goals.
- Champion plant care and presentation—watering, maintaining, and displaying stock to ensure a vibrant and healthy-looking department.
- Share your green-thumb expertise through practical advice and seasonal tips that empower customers to succeed in their gardening projects.
- Collaborate with an enthusiastic team to keep the garden centre running smoothly and efficiently.
- Engage in hands-on, **physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting, shifting, and handling of bulky items like soil, compost, large pots, and plants.**
