As a technician you are expected to make cosmetic repairs, check and diagnose faults, perform flashing of handsets and function test, change batteries/accessories and liaise between other senior technicians to find suitable outcomes to benefit the customer.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A technical qualification
- Have minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the electrical engineering field
- Had previous experience with QA on mobile phones
- Have trained in an OEM accredited mobile phone repair center
- Experience with Skyline Software Platforms
- A high level of PC literacy
- Have clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
**Benefits**:
- Salary between $58,000 - $62,000 per annum
- 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Based in Mt Wellington, Auckland
- Parking on site
- Southern Cross, Life, Trauma and Income Protection Insurance
- $120 per month Spark Credit
