**PURPOSE**

Undertaking the professional representation of DKSH Field Sales brands in designated stores. Specifically, to:
1. Ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained in store, that shelf tickets and promotional tickets are up on shelf displays and that designated products are displayed appropriately with proper signage and favourable shelf placement.

2. Execute plan-o-grams and displays ensuring the timely and accurate re-stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating of all products.

3. Fully utilise technology, including the completion of surveys, taking display photos and ensuing all reporting is undertaken within expected timeframes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Act as the link between the store and the DKSH sales team ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximise sales and margin performance
- Undertake merchandising functions effectively and efficiently in accordance with the requirements of specific brand objectives
- Aim to meet an/or exceed expected delivery and turnaround times on tasks
- Call Cycle must be followed as set out, changes may only be made with prior approval of the Merchandiser Manager
- No additional hours to be worked without approval
- Store log in procedure must be followed including signing In and Out at each store under DKSH NZ
- Instore records must match hours paid/declared as having been worked
- Identify opportunities for improving merchandising calls and make suggestions for in store improvements to the

**Stock Management Good stock levels to be maintained**
- Check dates and fill and rotate stock onto store shelves following agreed merchandising standards including freshness
- Oldest stock displayed at the front, stock rotated on a regular basis at least monthly
- Adhere to planogram or display planning
- Ensure stock has shelf tickets and/or promotional tickets are visible
- Information regarding near-to-date stock passed on to

**SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE**
- An understanding of merchandising principals Previous FMCG merchandising experience
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining Knowledge if customer service principles and excellent work practices practices
- High level of Interpersonal & communication skills
- Must be reliable and able to self
- manage
- Very comfortable using technology

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**

1. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be flexible regarding working hours and be available for early starts or late finishes.

2. You will also need to be open to working additional hours from time to time.

3. You must have access to a reliable vehicle to get to and from supermarkets and hold a valid current NZ Drivers License (Restricted/Full)

4. You need a high level of physical fitness enabling you to lift and move trays/boxes of product up to 15Kg

5. You need to be physically capable of moving freely up and down ladders and move around safely.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
