If you’re a qualified High Voltage Cable Jointer, Connetics is keen to talk to you, today. While there may or may not be current vacancies for this role in Cromwell at the moment, we are seeking expressions of interest in working with us as we expect to continue growing our teams and busy organisation over the following year. We've got depots in Tawa (Wellington), Christchurch and Cromwell and anticipate we will need more people with experience in the distribution sector, jointing and terminating a variety of cable types. **The finer details**

Rates/Hours of Work:

- Base hourly rates from: $34.35 - $38.47, plus allowances and overtime
- Minimum of 40 hours per week

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

- Cable Jointer:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in jointing and terminating of 400V plastic insulated cables, live 400V plastic insulated cables, laying cables and 400V lead sheath cables is required. Experience reading and interpreting utility plans and experience in the electrical industry and related regulations is also required.

**Pre-Employment Tests |Medical & Ministry of Justice**

Connetics require all successful applicants to complete a pre-employment Ministry of Justice check, a Pre-Employment medical test which includes a Drug and Alcohol test.
