Local Agribusiness Manager- Te Awamutu- Full time, Permanent position

Mō te tūranga | About the role

Reporting to the Area Manager Agribusiness, you will be a driven professional with experience in banking who is looking to develop a portfolio of agribusiness customers. You will be accountable for helping your existing customers evaluate, streamline, and simplify their finances as well as acquiring new to bank customers who meet the business target market. The nature of your portfolio will see you working alongside an experienced, capable local and national team.

Your proactive work ethic will ensure you are able to build better solutions for our Agribusiness customers. You will have a passion for the agribusiness industry, be tertiary qualified with either an Agribusiness or Business discipline and have relevant banking, business or farming experience.

In addition, you will have:
- Experience within the banking/financial services industry preferred- Comprehensive understanding of business/commercial and farm management practices- Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or Finance- History of delighting customers in a service capacity- Ability to recognise areas of opportunity, to adapt and innovate and to drive productivity.
