**About the role**:
The role of Quality Engineering Coordinator takes best practice approaches from Testing and Quality Analysis and Project Coordination to focus on delivering quality across projects, programmes, and software.

This is a key role within the Silver Fern Farms Quality Engineering Practice (QEP), reporting directly to the Quality Engineering Practice Lead and supporting the Test Lead and Test Analyst teams within Silver Fern Farms. The purpose of the Quality Engineering Practice overall, is to ensure the successful delivery of our programmes and projects with a focus on quality, fitness for purpose deliverables, and realised project benefits.

As the Quality Engineering Coordinator, you will:

- Embed the SFF QE framework into Silver Fern Farms alongside the QEP Lead
- t
- Coordinate QE reporting in consultation with Test Leads or Test Managers
- t
- Coordinate and capture minutes for QEP team meetings
- t
- Prepare QE documentation, including resource plans and progress reports
- t
- Monitor QE budgets and manage expenditure against budget, produce relevant financial reporting

**What you bring** to the team**:
You’ll be well organised and capable of coordinating several concurrent projects, with a demonstrated understanding of testing, the software development lifecycle and release management principles.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a Project Coordinator role within a technology environment, or come from a software testing or QA background, and be looking to extend your capability towards a wider business-and-projects focused role.

- Capability in navigating SharePoint and Office 365 (advantageous)

- Knowledge of Financial Management Systems (advantageous)
