The coordinator delivers effective and efficient coordination for the Privacy Team, actively collaborating and engaging with colleagues and stakeholders. The coordinator supports the team with effective and timely support to respond to requests for personal information, privacy complaints or breaches and other privacy related queries from internal and external parties.
Mōu | About you
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, especially while under pressure
- An interest in the machinery of government
- Good judgement, decision making and problem resolution skills
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Dynamics, Word and Excel
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly around data
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team and on one's own when required
- Able to handle sensitive personal and health information with care.
This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
