Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is seeking a dynamic and visionary **Operations Manager** to lead our Older Adults and Integrated Community Services. This is a pivotal role within our **Specialty Medicine, Cancer and Integrated Care Division**, supporting inpatient, outpatient, and community services across the Waitematā District.
**About the Role**
As Operations Manager, you will drive service excellence, equity, and innovation across a diverse portfolio including Gerontology Nursing, NASC, District Nursing, START, Ostomy and Continence services, and Community Administration. You will lead with a relational and strategic mindset, ensuring services are aligned with the principles of **Te Tiriti o Waitangi** and **Te Pae Tata**.
You’ll work closely with clinical and operational leaders to deliver high-quality, equitable care, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage operational delivery across Older Adults and Community Services
- Partner with clinical leaders to develop and implement service plans and models of care
- Drive performance against financial, quality, and equity targets
- Support and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and service improvement
- Champion health equity and cultural safety in all aspects of service delivery
