The Design Manager is a fast paced dual role managing both the design resource and project engineers to ensure all works in our Southern region are delivered on time and to specification.

You’ll be overseeing a high volume of short turnaround, tight timeframe projects and be working closely with our operational leaders and external clients. You will also lead by example, driving Zero Harm through operational excellence.

- Proven Project Management and Design Management experience
- Practical knowledge of engineering design standards
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Project
- Sound commercial acumen, strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers, at all levels.
- Possess a strong safety culture and focus for improvement
