We are seeking a **Support Analyst** to join our Department of Internal Affairs Team supporting one of our key Government clients and play a key role in managing and resolving production incidents.
- This role requires working closely with a **multifunctional team** of developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems.
- Experience in **incident management using ServiceNow** and a strong problem-solving mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents** reported in **ServiceNow**, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on business operations.
- ** Act as a key point of contact for customers**, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with **developers, testers, and business teams** to investigate root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Document incident resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issues for knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for **process improvements** and contribute to automation efforts to enhance system stability.
- Ensure compliance with IT service management (ITSM) best practices and organizational standards.
- Planning and co-ordination change control via SDLC.
- Co-ordinate, report, lead, and minute cyclic service delivery meetings between DXC production support team, client and vendor.
**Key Requirements**:
- ** Experience in incident management and ticket handling using ServiceNow** or similar ITSM tools.
- ** Strong customer-facing experience** with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships.
- ** Exceptional communication skills** to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex production issues.
- Familiarity with **software development and testing processes** to effectively communicate with development teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of **Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server)** or other relevant tech stacks.
