We have a deep patient base and treat a large number of families in the area. This means that we have a strong focus on fostering long lasting relationships. Our vibrant and comfortable practice helps patients and team members feel at home.

Our practice is open from Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekend/public holidays and close for 3 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period each year so you can be sure that you will get to spend quality time with your friends and family over the Summer.

As our practice is part of Collective Dental you will have access to professional coaching, ongoing training and team days to help encourage personal growth. You will be given the opportunity to attend courses in upskill in areas that interest you within the field.

About the role:
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Working with our Principal Dentist as well as associate Dentists to provide excellent clinical treatment to our patients
- Setting up for clinical appointments prior to the patient arriving
- Maintaining a safe and efficient environment for patients to receive care
- Responsible for sterilising, track and tracing and restocking your surgery
- Responsible for equipment and gear used by Dentists and Dental Assistants.
- Booking ongoing appointments for all patients.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure that the day runs smoothly.
- Recording patient notes, medical history and accurately inputting data in to Exact Dental Software.
- Payment processing

Previous dental experience is a must as this is a very busy role, however, if you have previous administration experience in a medical field this could be considered. Additional training will be given.
