Working within the Information Technology Services (ITS) division, the Programme Coordinator will provide support to the major projects delivered out of our clients ICT PMO, with a particular focus on their Microsoft 365 and Web programmes.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting PMO managers with financial activities
- Providing project/programme budgets each month, raising issues with Project Manager, and liaise with Finance Business Partner for investigation or corrective actions
- Administering the project planning tool
- Monitoring record keeping across the projects and programmes, ensuring project files are maintained.
- Assisting with recruitment and induction of new permanent and contract staff
- Coordinating meetings, and taking minutes
- Managing the preparation and distribution of documents and agendas
- Supporting ITS managers and staff

We are looking for an experienced administrator who has some exposure in working to support projects.

**To be considered for this role you will offer**:

- 3-5 years administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, across all levels of stakeholders
- Good numeracy skills and proven ability to use spreadsheets
- Exceptional IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft and Google Suites
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes, general ledger and financial reporting
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
