We are a leading edge processor of Lamb and Beef in the sunny Hawkes Bay. We have multiple opportunities for full time, permanent employment on our family-orientated plant in Kelfield Place,Hastings.

We currently have opportunities in the following areas:

- Beef Boning and Trimming(Dayshift)
- Beef Slaughter (Dayshift)
- Lamb Slaughter(Dayshift & Nightshift)
- Lamb Boning(Dayshift & Nightshift)

**Lamb and Beef Slaughter job tasks and responsibilities can include**: Yards, Y-Cut, Pelting, Gutting, Grading, Rigging, Electronic Certification, Pelts, Heads/Neck Trim, Tongues/Udder and Hang Up.

**Lamb and Beef Boning job tasks and responsibilities can include**:Pre trim, Saw Operations, Boning

**Job Requirements**
- 1.Previous experience in the meat industry is preferred but not neccessary, full training is provided for those looking to establish their career in the meat industry._
