Te Whatu Ora Nelson Marlborough are looking for an extraordinary PA to proactively support and work alongside our Clinical Services Team. This role is based at Wairau Hospital in Blenheim and you will engage daily with our people at every level of the organisation.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.

The salary range for this position is $67,932 to $70,951 per annum pro rate (based on a 40 hour working week).

We are looking for an experienced and energetic self-starter who is confident, pays close attention to detail, has a sense of humour and the passion to make a real difference to enable our communities to live well, stay well and get well. You will bring several years of experience in a similar role ideally within the health sector, or other complex environment.

Your communication skills will be second to none, so too your commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will display confidence in prioritising not only your own workflow and managing your deadlines but in managing the workflow and deadlines for Senior Executives. You will be working as part of a high performing team and will consistently display confidentiality and discretion.

- Proven experience of minute taking and diary management

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
