**Purchasing Process Analyst**

We have an opportunity within the Supply Chain Strategy and Development team as a Purchasing Process Analyst. This is a new and exciting role that helps deliver our supply chain and customer driven strategy.

**What you’re responsible for**
- Develop the monitoring framework and analyse the effectiveness of Support Centre and Store site replenishment data and processes
- Develop, implement and coach use of KPI and reporting frameworks for FSNI Supply Chain Purchase Ordering
- Work with the Purchasing Process Specialists to identify business scenarios which lead to erroneous data in Forecasting &Replenishment (F&R) and Unified Demand Forecasting (UDF)
- Support the roll out of the new SAP Order Rules Tool to stores with checks for erroneous data which could compromise On Shelf Availability
- Support use of new SAP Buyers Workbench with order change rate monitoring and identification of data leading to order quantity change

**What skills and experience you need**
- Strong experience in analyst, forecasting and supply chain related roles in either the logistics, FMCG or retailing industries would be desirable.
- A highly analytical mindset in relation to forecasting methodology including business analysis, trend identification and potential problem identification.
- Strong project and commercial discipline and an understanding of IT delivery methodology
- Experience in, or demonstrates an interest in process diagnosis, improvement and automation.
- Quickly able to form relationships and balance a wide variety of priorities.
- Strong personal resilience and ability to work in a fast moving and continually changing environment.
